I’d say the bike is from the 1930’s. It’s nice to see someone conserving an old bike, quite a project! Good work!

That bike was manufactured by Raleigh in Nottingham England. It is much older than 50 years. The Raleigh identifier is the distinctive crankset which featured 3 cutout herons (Raleigh's logo). The double top tube dates the bike back closer to the turn of the century.
