Rhaenyra still has three sons. Joffrey, Aegon the Younger and Viserys. They are all too young to participate in the war.

if I were Baela I would have the crashout of the century. What was Rhaena thinking?

Alicent sent the note to Ormund, not Aemond.  That's why it said stay put.  She's trying to stall to help Rhaenrya.   Ormond wasn't lying about the content of the letter....

If you look again, you can see that Vermax actually got hit that last time and was already bleeding out. There's not much Jace could do about it since it was ripping him.

When you say "it's just things" about Corlys' stuff getting burnt and looted, it actually isn't just his personal stuff. Driftmark doesn't have a great amount of resources on it's own, it has the fleet that house Velaryon brought with them when they left Valyria, and it also has the wealth that Corlys brought them through his travels. House Velaryon before this episode was the most powerful house in the realm other than house Targaryen, even without their Dragon's. After Driftmark is raided in this episode Corlys' life's work is destroyed and house Velaryon never recovers. That is why they weren't relevant enough to appear much during GOT, they were in Stannis' army and navy but in the same way the Flints or Dustins were in the Stark's army.

Losing Hightide castle is a major blow to the Blacks. Not just because of its defensive capabilities but because it was the location where most of House Valaryon’s wealth and treasure was stored.

Daemon’s daughter Rhaena Targaryen fell for one of the most classic blunders. The most famous is never face the Dothraki in an open field. <br>But only slightly less known is this: NEVER bring a wild, untamed dragon into a battle especially when it has issues of obedience!

Wild dragons are untrained, it doesn’t know how to be commanded. It’s like taking a wild dog off the street and even if it trusts you enough to let you walk it you can’t expect it to obey your English

Episode 1 was pure chaos, the expectations and cinematography were insane! RIP Jacaerys and Vermax.

Guys she still has sons, they are just the babies she had with Daemon and sent away with the dragon eggs.
