  That was a great presentation of the smart home panel 2 unit.  the standard breakers would make it easy for a local electrician to install this product into any home.  The first smart panel had proprietary breakers which made it a little more difficult and expensive to install.  This is a good leap forward.

  Thank you for the information I needed about this system. I would like to run my whole house with 2 inverters and 2 batteries plus the smart panel. I can always add more batteries later.

  Another good video. Ecoflows DPU is the king DIY battery backup systems. &nbsp;I almost bought 3 of them for solar, but opted for a DIY kit from Santan Solar that included EG4 18k PV inverter and the EG4 14.3KWh wall-mount battery because it was several grand less, more solar expandable with AC coupling, and all the solar inputs have up to 500V MPPTs, which I needed for reducing copper wire run due to my solar array being almost 300 feet from the inverter. &nbsp;However, for most people, I think the DPU is the way to go because it’s more plug and play and it can be configured to deliver all the power you’ll ever need.<br><br>Edit: EG4 may only be a couple of grqnd less after you factor in the extra electrical work costs and time.

  Choose a discounted electricity time-of-use plan and select TOU on the Pro Ultra. &nbsp;It will charge primarily during the discounted times.
