  I’ve made spaghetti and lasagna and other pasta dishes. I make my own sauce which is authentic. But that past couple of years the spaghetti or other pasta products don’t taste good like before. I thought my tastes had changed but now I see it’s actually the quality of pasta that changed

  I honestly have been taking full notes. I&apos;ll be shopping so differently. My grocery list is being upgraded. I&apos;m so thankful for these food facts and videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! My dream is that more people get educated so we can stop paying for junk so companies can get rich!!!! We are sick and tired, literally, of eating their junk.❤️

  3 eggs, 2 cups flour, tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well…get ancient grains flour and farm fresh eggs, you’re in business.

  San Georgio has Durham,wheat semolina. Where others don&apos;t. No matter what the people like me are screwed because it&apos;s difficult to purchase really good pasta without mortgaging ones home. It use to be the cheapest foods back in the 1970s and 1980s. Now it&apos;s outrageously expensive.

  All grains in the USA require refortification by law. &nbsp;The only option is to grind your own wheat berries! &nbsp;Once ground flour only lasts a week before the nutrients oxidizes. That’s why when grain milling was commercialized, with the result was a malnourished population of men. When the ww2 military doctors realized that 30% of people showing up to serve were malnourished the government reviewed and legislation was passed to refortify all grain products produced in the country. &nbsp;I grind my semolina fresh.

  As an aside. &nbsp;I am 73. As a child, Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup was good. Not great. But good. It is now awful. I researched it, and the company has dropped many flavoring vegetables or actual vegetables that used to be in it. Same with Vegetable Beef, tough the Chicken Noodle change is the worst <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDBuvQNEsCU&amp;t=30">0:30</a>
