  Kindest regards from Germany! I just wanted to say, how VERY much I enjoy your content – specially the fact that your information is solidly based on actual scientific research (I checked, you’re solid ;-)).<br><br>My mother had a “green thumb”, as we say in Germany. Basically: Decades of experience and inherited knowledge about what works and what doesn’t, passed down from my grandparents who had to keep their garden going to have food (WWII was no joke in Germany). When she passed, I inherited her garden (with a small green house) and conservatory, full of plants. I am a computer scientist. I know the basics of gardening (after all, I am my mother’s son), but I always longed to get into the science behind the practices I learned, since there are so many myths out there regarding gardening and best practices, it’s maddening.<br><br>So, again, kindest regards and a very warm “Thank you”. I purchased your book “Soil science for gardeners” on Amazon to pay you back for your outstanding work!<br><br>PS: You have no idea how refreshing it is to see your videos after being confronted with things like the alleged merits of “compost tea” and thinking “That doesn’t make any sense”. 😂
