  Laura Shigihara doesn&apos;t play, her work on the entire soundtrack is phenomenal. I love how even so many years later she still posts about the game regularly and interacts with fans. You can tell just how much she adores this game.

  The guy who made PvZ had a really interesting talk at GDC one year about how he designed the tutorial to be understandable for literally anyone, including your grandma. I’d highly recommend looking it up if you’re even slightly interested in game design.

  this game has probably the best sound design of any game ive ever played. it&apos;s so insanely good it literally carries the franchise on its back. It&apos;s all just so satisfying

  As someone who&apos;s been playing PvZ for over 10 years and fangames and mods for over 5 years, sunflower spam is actually considered a pro strat, not plain greedy. You want as many sunflowers as possible to maximize sun prod so you can set your defense up faster and keep it up easier late game in case things go south. It&apos;s also recommended to dig up sun producers late game and replace them with more offense. On top of that, sunflowers should be placed where you wouldn&apos;t have a plant otherwise, even in front of walls. They make great spammable meatshields, and if you have a strong enough offense, you can even profit off of said sunflowers that were only supposed to serve as meatshields! Basically, what I&apos;m trying to say is that three columns of sunflowers isn&apos;t greedy and is actually a good strat. I just wish he was that smart in every other aspect of the game...

  sometimes i forget that cdawg is a va and then he shows his voice acting abilities out of nowhere and it always feels like a jumpscare
