  Her comments here convinced me that she really did mess with Papachu’s head meds, which caused him to act out, be arrested, not pay the rent, and get them evicted. She destroyed her whole family because she thought she knew better.

  Doctors do not prescribe fentanyl except in extreme circumstances like cancer or life-long chronic pain disorders, and that is almost always in the form of extended release patches or--in even more extreme cases--surgically-implanted pain pumps that release the medication in timed intervals. The vast majority of fentanyl used by doctors in the US is used in the ER in the context of emergency surgeries and/or extreme injuries. You aren&apos;t just picking it up from your local pain clinic.<br><br>The kind of fent you find on the streets is largely manufactured overseas and/or smuggled across the border. The fent crisis is <b>very</b> different from the opioid epidemic involving oxy/hydro/codeine from a few years back.

  There are a lot of people like Toph who act like going online and &quot;raising awareness&quot; by complaining about social issues (without researching them at all) and doing nothing else puts them on a level with Martin Luther King Jr.<br><br>In a crazy coincidence, the social issues they&apos;re upset about happen to also be issues that affect them personally.
