  These sample based + synthesis instruments sound far better then the mpc virtual analog because of the cpu limits. Love these.

  I agree with the guy that said partner with arturia….I’d love the ability to load emulation vst’s….Arturia, Cherry audio, Temulca, Ensoniq SD-1, and Aly’s Linn drum emulations…..

  Clipping with the drums as well. Akai has a major problem across the board with samples/synths being a bit hot. I would love if the partnered smith Arturia on the vintage synth front. Imagine analog lab lyte or something on MPC. Great vid per usual!

  I noticed on the demo for the Prophet model that the patches are too hot as well. Some of the presets are great, but  someone at Akai/Air needs to learn gain staging

  It's cool,  but now with built-in mpc oscillators, I rather buy oscillator expansion instruments 😅

  These are good, like the vol 1 release. All good. I get they are not for everyone. But I genuinely think the implementation is excellent especially with the MPE control options. The new 3.9 waveform/samples are amazing but still a far bigger faff than these simplified layout releases even if the faff is fun. The presets I agree are not life changing but they aren’t rubbish. For sound design, all three are great imo. I don’t know what people expect. The MPC platform is by far the most comprehensive/all basses covered standalone option available but still majority of comments are from, Complainy McWhinge

  Great video! I like what AKAI is doing with the MPCs. Including synths, vintage modes, etc are all really cool and super useful. Totally next generation MPC stuff. It would be nice for the synths to not be sample-based but I get it- it&apos;s a sampler, not a synthesizer. Still sounds great.<br><br>Also... we should just start calling the Yamaha CS-80 the CS-$80,000 😂

  I really wish they put a 303 inside this bad boy. It’s getting to a point where I dread taking my 303 out now because of how much they go for especially with the devilfish mod

  I think I&apos;m happy enough with my existing Fabric sounds that I don&apos;t need it, but these patches do sound quite nice.
