Sorry you guys, I had to made the music video barely visible as the copyright holders would’ve blocked my whole reaction video if I didn’t :( thank you for understanding and enjoy!

The video used a pencil-sketch animation and live-action combination called rotoscoping, in which the live-action footage is traced using a frame-by-frame process to give the characters realistic movements.[21][22] Approximately 3,000 frames were rotoscoped, which took 16 weeks to complete

A-Ha has sold over 100 million units (singles and albums combined) worldwide. I&apos;d say they&apos;re NOT a one-hit wonder ;). They were even allowed to do a James Bond theme song (&quot; The Living Daylight&quot;), which was an absolute accolade at the time, because almost every great musician wanted to do a James Bond song at least once. &nbsp; <br>They have already had more top ten hits internationally than just &quot;Take On Me&quot;. Of course, the song was larger than life and has gone down in music history.

A-HA only had 2 hits in the USA. However, they released 32 singles and 13 made the top 10 in the UK while 14 singles went to #1 around the world.

Hey Stacey.. I am 57 so the 80s was my era. I can tell you that there is a reason that Most Movies, Commercials, Sitcoms, and Video Games still use 80s Music. The 80s was an explosion of different types of music just coming out and growing up even if you had a favorite type of music let&apos;s say Metal for instance. We did not just listen to metal we listened to Pop like Whitney Huston, Metal like Metalica, New Wave like Human League, Rock like Journey, Dance like Expose, Punk like The Clash, Hip Hop like RUN DMC, Jazz like Kenny G, House like Twin Hype Underground like Yazoo and Depeche Mode, Country like Garth Brooks. Most of us embraced all types of music. Why because it was all Amazing. We thought it was dumb to just listen to one type of music. 80s music transcends time every generation for the past 45 years has a place for 80s music in their soul. You are Proof of that. Do yourself a solid and dive into all the types of music I listed all the different artists you will not regret it.

This song owes its success to MTV, as they played this video a lot because it was so ahead of its time.
