  At 71 years old and been doing this since I was 18, I've seen it all, fortunately most people are nice and appreciative,  you did far more than what I would have. I'll bet that problem is in that alarm system thermostat. I've fired a few customers in my life and the older you get easier it is to do that. Keep up the good work Curtis.

  Getting shot through the door? Dang Curtis, it's like that in your area? Stay safe out there. From what I've seen in all of your videos that I've watched, you are extremely thorough and very thoughtful. That's called integrity and professionalism. You can't please everyone and it doesn't matter how hard you try, some people are just miserable humans.

  Some folks just can’t appreciate the attention to detail. You did a fantastic job checking the potential faults. Sounds like a client you don’t need in your portfolio - there are too many great clients that know good work when they receive it!

  I wonder if that smart thermostat has a low ambient lockout for cooling so compressor won&apos;t run below 65 OAT if set that high. People don&apos;t understand how difficult an intermittent problem can be to find if it is too shy when you are there looking for it! <br><br>I am with you on the door thing my friend!<br><br>Stay safe!

  There are people in this world that want EVERYTHING done for free. &nbsp; Anytime I had that problem, especially if I needed to order a part for their vehicle, I told them right up front what it will cost them. &nbsp;If they complained, I walked away. &nbsp;You do not have to work for free. &nbsp;Thanks for the video.
