I watched your first video on this restaurant and it looked so amazing we had to try it on our 2024 Japan trip! Sho was hilarious and the food was out of this world! Thanks again for the recommendation ☺️

魚をおろしたときに手についた肉片を手を振ってその辺に散らし捨てるのは汚らしいからやめた方がいい。下品。<br>「美」とは何か「もてなす」とはどういうことか・・料理の技術以前にいろいろ勉強し直しなはれ。大衆寿司じゃないのだから。
