  My father did work &nbsp;with just the wood part. I treasure the pics. I HAV. &nbsp; He passed away long ago.

  That copper mesh was a good call! The little reflective bits where the ends of the wire were sheared off, coupled with the slightly nebulous waves of the mesh inside, give it a real dimensionality, even without the light on. And that&apos;s not even mentioning how fantastic the detail on those pieces of wood are.

  That is another amazing piece, I love Yew and this looks ancient, like wood embedded in Amber, straight out of Jurassic Park 😀
