  I used to work at Daytona (sandown) and that “race official” is not only 1 down from the CEO, but also always treats staff like that. Biggest coward I’ve ever met horrible man

  I&apos;ve done 3 24Hr karting races, and I have to say the way those marshalls behaved was inexcusable. For the amount of money you pay to be there, they need to really check that attitude. Furthermore, penalizing you by not allowing you to take on fuel is just ridiculous. Penalties should always be time penalties, period. Furthermore, the speeding in the pit lane is ridiculous since both parties have no idea how the speed is to be checked. The company I race with states a &quot;brisk walking pace&quot; which is probably double what your speed was, and is still more than safe, and typically easily to interpret. The penalties for your pit lane speed were extreme too, especially given the experience level of everyone on track. Nevertheless, you guys did an incredible job, and the fact that you had the time and energy to document it this well is truly amazing.

  That was just poor organisation, which probably resulted in the silly amount of karts running out of fuel. Also that race director should be fired for being unprofessional.

  That official was *UNBELIEVEABLE*. No provocation whatsoever and he just blew off, swearing, the works. Totally unprofessional. Awesome footage btw, commentary right on point. Also good move to add ‘colour’ post-production after tempers had cooled. <br><br>Especially, even the practice black flag was questioned, maybe questionable. Also, background info like the tech equipment investment was a great call 😅! &nbsp;Benefits the team longer term…even if not everything worked as intended!<br><br>Great story v v v well told. Edge of seat/white knuckle stuff. Really felt myself pulling for you guys.
