Sadly most of these perfumes had been reformulated and smell nothing like the originals, Joy and Patou 1000 to name a couple.

Farina Haus that made the original Eau de Cologne is in Cologne/Köln in Germany, not Paris, France! The perfumer Farina as the name suggests is Italian! Btw you can still buy the Cologne (original formula) from Farina Haus.<br>Funnily 4711 is supposed to be dupe of this fragrance. An employee who used to work at the Farina Haus took his knowledge of the formula and became a competitor 😂

I still love Chanel No 5. I layer it. It smells so beautiful on me and it doesn’t wear off quickly.
