  Hmm there are other mods I would suggest.  1. Screen swivel mounts.  2. Retractable roof screen.  3. Blackout window covers and 4. Tesla Sleeping Cushion.

  My second hand 5 year old Model 3 had mudflaps. However, debris gets in behind them and the natural flexing of the flaps had worn the paint down to bare metal. The rockers were down to primer in places anyway. <br>Solution: remove mudflaps, repaint rockers with a robust protection film installed at the same time. Better aero too. Cost was only about the equivalent of $400 US from a local shop. <br>If mudflaps are desired, I suggest looking for ones that mount only on the wheel arch interior and do not cover exterior painted metal.

  Actually planning to jailbreak the 26 model s plaid this Saturday, and hopefully have time to do the 26 model x as well this weekend. It&apos;s really not all that difficult tbh, but if it does get bricked, it&apos;s just a pain to get a replacement from Tesla as they are insanely strict about us modifying them. And have actually bricked my model 3 in the past due to being jail broken. Which honestly wasn&apos;t an issue at all considering I just parted the car out and made more than I bought the car for 🤣 the amount of crashed hw3 Tesla from using autopilot is up their a fair bit and is. Very easy to get rid of parts for repairs 😏

  Love that you mud flaps at #1. My 1st Tesla was a 23 M3LR and I didn’t get mudflaps on it until like 4-5 months after ownership and my rocker panels already had rock chips all over!
