I know the focus is on combat veterans, but I wish you’d mentioned Mary Ann Bickerdyke telling a surgeon to fuck right off because her authority came “from God himself” or the 6888 WAC Battalion who completely unfucked the mail system in WWII in a fraction of the time they were allotted.
