  I feel bad for Dewey but that was incredibly foolish, to walk hrs to a volcano in the dark with simply a flashlight and camera in a place you are very unfamiliar with, that is just asking for trouble, i think sometimes the adventure and the thrill gets the best of people but that was extremely dangerous and im not at all surprised he ended up in that situation but im so glad it didn't cost him his life.

  <b>At age 14 I got lost in a Lrg Forrest that I had previously hunted in with my dad since age 7, but on that particular day I lost me sense of direction when I headed back to the truck</b> &nbsp; &nbsp; <b>When I realized that I missed my main trail, doubled back making it worse, I panicked and felt extremely Claustrophobic and terrified</b> &nbsp;😨 &nbsp; <b>I wanted to climb the tallest tree and find my exit</b><br> &nbsp;<b>So I feel a tad of what Dewey must&apos;ve felt</b><br> &nbsp;<b>BTW that was far before cell phones and civilian GPS units</b><br><br> &nbsp;<b>It&apos;s impossible to actually find words to describe that overwhelming feeling of fear that hit me as a young boy; I&apos;m 64 now and wish it upon nobody, especially You Dewey</b>

  No compas, no map, obviously didn&apos;t check any distance on the map before leaving, hours of walking in the night, off trail, no sense of direction, and no water. This guy makes me angry<br><br>This island is never 50km from the coast, and there are settlements on every coast. Imagine he followed the helicopters. Imagine he knew the direction to the nearest city from the volcano.<br><br>This guy makes me angry
