Jacket doesn’t need to hear all this he’s a highly trained professional

Everyone talks about what a monster jacket is for being able to throw a sledgehammer at 17 mph but nobody talks about the average russian goon that takes it to the forehead and recovers a few seconds later

This isn't fair. I could do the same stuff Jacket did just give me infinite respawns, and I can guarantee, adrenaline will do the rest.

That makes sense. Given that a good number of operatives (Earl, the original owner of the Tony mask, Dennis, Jones, Jake) actually perish mid-mission or otherwise have their luck run out (considering you either see them dying or ABOUT to die rather, or note 'ah that guy very dead' before looting the mask off their corpse as, well they kinda won't need that where they're going.)

It just means Jacket is a whole ass different breed of person. Sure he CAN toss a Sledgehammer across a motherfucking room at 17 mph but he's usually saving a toss for when it makes sense (post swing and it'd be more time and risk reductive to toss the sumbitch at someone about to close in than it is to rechamber), his time with his Spec Ops team who was CONSTANTLY sent on fuckin' suicide missions contributing to his continued survival, the guilt he felt for being a burden and never repaying his only friend, the Lieutenant contributing to his drive, wanting to make right but mistaken in thinking it'd fill the hole. However it was the death of his girlfriend that more or less awoke a fucking BEAST.

If the Tony mask was realistic, it would probably be Jacket doing enough cocaine to kill an actual tiger and then injecting himself with steroids to give him fists made out of concrete

With how often you die instantly, with out of character knowledge of where people are, I'd say "No"
