  I am Mbbs Final year student,<br>I don&apos;t say she is totally wrong but I want to give you all the genuine information<br>1.In ear and nose no any doctor will suggest to put oil, this is very wrong,our ears have self cleansing property,you should not clean manually inside ear,yes but outer part of ear should be cleaned by any of the method.<br>2.Pubic hair are not the reason of infection in any way,infact there is a protective role of hair in preventing infection,One bath daily is more than sufficient for hygiene<br>3.However if you feel Itchy,sweating, smelling due to sweat,you can trim it to shorten the length only,no need of waxing or shaving.<br>I saw many patients of Otitis media(ear infection)in the ENT department giving common history of cleaning inside ear manually or Putting oil in the ear
