the controversy with this mod is that it mischaracterized sky as a character a lot, and that the devs didn't ask for permissions properly and basically had the owner of sky agree to let them release the mod by putting a lot of pressure (they didn't even ask for permission to the right person the first time which really shows how little they researched)
