  Hey Tyler. Current Walmart associate here. <br><br>I&apos;m terribly sorry you had to endure events at Walmart. As for me, I have been with the company for nearly 7 years and I have to tell you that it has been a crazy crapshow for me. All I know is that the management have been usually treating employees like crap which feels like Godzilla or King Kong trying to destroy people in the whole town.<br><br>But hey, here&apos;s my bright side. I&apos;m currently attending school via Walmart&apos;s educational program called the LBU (Live Better U for short) where WM pays tuition and books for us associates both PT and FT. <br><br>The college I am currently attending is Bellevue University and the majors I am going for is Bachelor&apos;s Degree in Cybersecurity and I am gonna graduate soon.<br><br>And when I finally graduate, Tyler, I am gonna get the hell outta Walmart AND retail once and for all and begin working from home where IT IS NOT retail!! YEAH SCREW WALMART TO HELL!!!! <br><br>And I swear to God that when I finally leave my WM job for good, I am absolutely gonna throw WM the hell outta my entire life once and for all and never ever look back!

  I did 4 years in the marines. Deployed twice, once to combat. I saw 2 friends die, one of which I had to help pick up his pieces. Yet Walmart took the biggest toll on my mental health. That says a lot

  I’ve officially worked my last shift. I did overnight and I started working there because I really wanted to leave my previous job. So it was out of desperation, the pay is better than other minimum wage jobs. The job itself wasn’t bad, you just put stuff away in a timely fashion, but sometimes they would expect way too much. The job is soul crushing, the vibes are just horrible, my entire time there, 4-5 month. I just felt like there was a black shroud put over my life. The vest is also made in a weird way and made me feel fat. Overall the energy there is horrible, you will literally get the life sucked out of you. Walmart feels like the twlight zone. I got an office job now and actually feel better about life.

  Walmart was the worst job I’ve ever had. Customers treat you like garbage. Management is awful, and at least at my store, the coworkers were the laziest people I’ve ever seen.

  Me and my friends have encountered managers and corporate at Walmart that couldn&apos;t even read at a first grade level to understand label mistakes, &nbsp;and when I worked there I carried everyone while most workers were worthless

  Retail sucks. Doesn&apos;t matter what company. Take whatever pays the most and put every penny that you don&apos;t need for bills into some kinda investment so you wont end up working at walmart when you&apos;re 60.

  everyone I talk to hates working OGP, the description seems chill and fun like oh you’re just shopping for other peoples groceries but I guess there’s a lot more to it lol. I almost got hired for that but ended up getting hired in hardlines instead and quit a couple months later, I quit before they were able to fire me for calling out too much 😂

  There&apos;s a lot of gossiping that goes on at Wal-Mart. I just started on my second week, I won&apos;t last a year. I&apos;m currently doing job searches for a new job, before I quit. No one likes to train you and they all run away when I go into an aisle to do the overnight associate stocking shelfs, I&apos;m learning on my own. Plus the manger is telling us to move faster, there&apos;s like 3 pallets stack high that takes well over two hours to empty. I don&apos;t like being rushed and I don&apos;t like the Negative work environment with the people on my team. It&apos;s like they all have an attitude towards me.
