  Saying that the Zombie Dragon no longer has Mannfred on it is an upgrade in my eyes. Every world is better off with less Mannfred in it.

  Boris special skill line seems to provide more buffs to his army and to other armies in his faction than Karl Franz does though. Especially buffs to melee and replenishment <br><br>The priests of Ulric can replenish their armies in foreign territory though, unlike warrior priests. And improves army mobility <br><br>while seneschals can improve replenishment rates which in this instance makes warrior priests redundant. <br><br>And warriors of Ulric unlike Flagellants have some armour.

  “The dragon is the same as the one Manfred rides it just doesn’t have Manfred on it now.”<br>So it’s better because anything that takes away Manfred makes it better.
