  This was an outstanding interview thank you for sharing it. What stood out to me about the U.S. military is the depth of experience and discipline that’s been built over generations, going all the way back to the Civil War. It’s not a place where you can just walk away when things get tough. It’s a culture of commitment: work, train, repeat a way of life that demands resilience and excellence.

  Simon is absolutely right about healthcare. I am a health care professional and former leader. I left leadership because of the reasons Simon talks about. The difference starts at the top who then collaborates mid level (nurses,doctors, registration, call center, etc.) for the outcome of quality patient care.

  This is one great interview. Thank you for sharing. The thing with the U.S. military is that they are stacked deep and have been doing it since the Civil War. You can&apos;t just walk out on the job if you want. Work train work train and repeat is a way of life<br><br>NWakava
