  It&apos;s the second time I see this video and am getting a different message. &nbsp;This is great! I was feeling deflated and I now feel more optimistic about my future. &nbsp;I&apos;m losing my job after 33 years due to divestment. Too old to start over and too young to retire, so I have to update my resume. &nbsp;Thank you for sharing, Simon.

  Thank you very much for sharing this interview and making this interview public. I like every small things that were in it....(Children who have too many of toys have less imagination then children who have less number of toys.) This line highlighted the importance of minimalism... That &nbsp;is the same idea of Mahatma Gandhi who promoted who promoted the idea of minimalism and maximizes the idea of togetherness... I remember one of his thoughts he says I do not want to cover the boundary of my house by walls, I want to let it open so that wind of different cultures come.....

  I’m in an engineering job at a major company in the Midwest, and my job currently is to examine AI for our workflow and processes. A lot of people are concerned that AI is going to eliminate our jobs. I fall back on a quote Simon said a while back that transformed my leadership and management style. It is (paraphrasing) “If you motivate people they will meet your expectations, but if you inspire them they will far exceed your expectations”. I recently started thinking about this in the context of AI, and all the agents and bots and other AI tools function on motivation. They function on some external factor. But we have yet to figure out how to inspire AI. Once we figure that out, AI will truly be at our level.
