  Note: you must be nekkid for the light to penetrate through the skin. So, not sure about leaving it out for family night in the living room. 🤣

  Can you compare a few other mats/blankets? I&apos;d love to hear how the Mito power output compares to Hooga. Other companies like Celluma also make blankets

  Durability is the biggest drawback for mats since they’re flexible the wiring can get damaged. I love small red light pads but treat them as disposable because within 6 months lights start going out.

  Thanks for reviewing this product. Of course, this is great for those of us who have issues standing. Looks like a good option to treat widespread sun damage, eczema, psoriasis or the like. Also appealing for those of us living in earthquake zones.

  You really do a fantastic job of covering all the bases (and more!) in your reviews. I so appreciate you. I was pretty confident I wanted to get a mat + face/neck mask but now I hear all the very valid downsides to a mat and am totally rethinking it. This is exactly the info I needed to learn. You rock!! 🙌
