EDIT—factual correction: when I say “higher frequency” wavelength it should be “longer wavelength”; 1072nm is longer wavelength than 1000nm, which makes it lower frequency. Apologies for this mislabeling!

Have you tried red light therapy?? Please share your experiences and devices with us down below!!!👇

I was using red light on my face because I'd heard it was good for eyesight. An unexpected side effect was that the pinguecula in the corner of my eye disappeared. Pinguecula is a yellowish bump/thickening on the white of the eye, supposedly caused by sun and wind exposure. I've had this pinguecula for a decade; now it's just gone. My eye doctor had told me the only way to get rid of it was surgical removal. But using red light did the job without any surgery. It did take a few months, though.

Ok, so the cheap version is being outside at sunset. My broke ass is writing that down.

Hi 👋 Laser specialist & medical esthetician here.
Professional protocol is 3x weekly for 10-20 minutes because the mitochondria & fibroblast cells need time to properly respond, repair & complete the stimulation cycle before being stimulated again. More is not always better with biostimulation therapies. I do not recommend it everyday. 💕
Red LED stimulates ATP production, cellular repair & collagen activity, which is why it’s excellent for anti-aging.

Stress wrecked my hair last year. I added this red light helmet into my routine (Narlest) and it's helped calm my scalp and reduce fallout. Kind of feels like a therapy session for your scalp lol.

I've been using the original Omnilux face and chest masks with your same specs every day for 5+ years along with my daily skin care routine (Vit C, peptides, Coq10, B5 hyaluronic acid, niacinamide) and evening Retin A and Estradiol. My skin looks better than it did 20 years ago. I am 70 years old but people think I am 50! I love my Omnilux and couldn't live without it! Best investment in myself! My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. Thanks for sharing!

I'm 72 and was watching an interview on Redacted. Clayton Morris was interviewing a guy who markets a line of RLT and said he was amazed because his vision improved. So I looked into it and got a simple panel on a stand. I use it for 5 minutes everyday wherever I need it for my skin, eyes (I don't look into the lights or I wear shades). It's great, my hairline on my forehead is thicker. Wrinkles over my temples have attenuated, my healthier eye got better and the other I am just being patient with. My skin is smoother and spots are lightening up. It relaxes me. I'm really grateful to have found it.

I heard that you get better results from not using it everyday because when you don’t your skin absorbs it better. And I actually noticed more improvement when I use it 3x a week instead of everyday like I was

It would be great if we could fast forward time to when this woman is 70. It’s hard to tell about any of these therapies or anti atoning skincare on gorgeous, young skin.

I heard 3xs a week is actually more beneficial than 7.
