Story Mode In Sonic Origins Plus - Complete Playthrough

In Sonic Origins Plus, we have many different ways to replay the first 4 Mega Drive/Genesis era Sonic games - Featuring the original gameplay, boss rush, mirror mode & even extra mission gameplay. Here you'll see one of a four part subseries on the channel, where we will play through all of Sonic The Hedgehog 1, CD, 2 and finally the complete version of 3 & Knuckles, grabbing every emerald in every game, finally with the addition of the time stones of Sonic CD too. Each of the four videos will be played as every different character available, with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles & Amy represented in the Plus expansion releasing in 2023. In just less than six hours, this video has the full experience of each 16-bit Genesis/Mega Drive game as Sonic, who is able to use the spindash from the first game onwards in the Sonic Origins version, we also have the drop-dash returning from Sonic Mania which will only be used when needed. Available in 3 & Knuckles is the insta shield and the ability buffs from each of the fire, water & electricity shields. A Unique addition to the story mode is the seamless connection of each game with new animated cutscenes added into the Origins collection. Finally, every character will be seen here starting with finding Amy in CD, having Tails as a secondary character in Sonic 2, then battling and eventually teaming with Knuckles in the final game. Playing as Sonic is of course the main way to play this game with Doomsday Zone at the end being exclusive to him after collecting the super emeralds. Previously, we went through Sonic Origins in 2022, with a variety of videos such as going through the 'story mode' made up of 25 different parts covering all of the zones and emerald special stages, along with extra playthroughs using other characters. Those were some of my earliest videos that very much helped the channel in its infancy. My goal with these updated videos is to come back, update and compile together all of that early content, with my 2D Sonic skills having improved since then & many of those videos not being rendered in the highest quality either.
