  If you just stopped the pill, acne and hair loss is normal for the first 3 to 6 months after you stopped. It's going to take some time for your body to regulate itself. I just stopped as well and that's what my doctor told me ☺

  Hey Susie, I just want to thank you for these videos. I just recently went through a breakup from a 17 year relationship (since we were in HS - I’m 33 next month) and there are days when I’m okay and others when I’m not. The days when I’m not I feel the most lonely and think about my future where I’m going to be by myself. Watching your videos makes me feel less alone during these times. I have your video playing while I’m working from home, or when the silence is too much to bear. And I just want to thank you for kind of <b>being there as a friend</b> even if it’s imaginary.

  Would you ever be comfortable talking about your breakup process a bit more? I left my longterm partner around the same time you did, and wow the process is kind of kicking my butt lol. A lot of regret, and forgetting why I left. You seem to be handling your life so well (ik we don’t see all of it) and I really look up to that ❤ Love you Susie you are such a joy!
