He used to have the same technique on both hands but had to switch to push-pull on his left because of wrist problems, he explained that a while ago. He mastered that technique so fast it makes him look even more insane.

Murat Diril actually is the creator of the Byzance line of cymbals. So they actually are the best Meinl's Samus. You know, cause you play them all the time.

Btw the reason he keeps his toms in such a flat angle is because it forces him to sit as straight as he can, means not hurting his back somehow (out of a Marthyn Jovanovic - analysis from one of David's playthroughs)<br>Really suggest doing this too, works really fine
