I worked at Napier Liverpool works in the 1960,s.<br>I worked with Jimmy Galna the works manager on the Deltic enngine<br>It was most interesting as I dealt with some machining difficulties such as gear grinding etc.and the overhaul of the Deltic engine.<br>I remember Les Wade on Deltic development Jim Shortall on Deltic assembly Burt Rimmer foreman etc.<br>All history now .<br>This video is very good giving the story of Napier highlight of the various project and failures.

Typical British story. Anything good has been destroyed by the powers that be. Want us all dependant on and owing everything to banks and government. Can't have people having power away from centralization. Mines, steel, oil, fabrication, farming. All destroyed by the government and ones behind government.
