  The game is not really wuxia, but xianxia(仙俠)<br>The difference between the two is that wuxia is a lot more grounded, whereas xianxia is far more fantastical. Classic wuxia is something like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, whereas xianxia is more like Journey to the West. In fact, Sun Wukong is a xian(仙), and a massive amount of the tropes in xianxia novels today were inspired by JTTW
