  Pentagon City was like Loudoun Gateway when it opened.  Nothing but dirt lots!

  I can’t believe you went from the cursed liminality of Loudoun Gateway to my favorite small town!  If you return to Purcellville, bring friends, load up on ribs and brisket at Monk’s BBQ, and eat it over beers at Adroit Theory Brewing just around the corner.  A more upscale option is the Magnolias at the Mill, where everyone truly knows everyone else.

  Road access to Loudoun Gateway is also... not the best; however, Loudoun County is trying to rectify this by extending and upgrading Shellhorn Road to get to the station. Loudoun Gateway could also serve as a potential hub if LCT does a desperately-needed better bus network redesign.

  The no-over-night parking thing smells very much like a hand out to Dulles, Here in Atlanta MARTA openly encourages over night parking at MOST of their stations overnight($5/$7 day) and taking the train the airport. It is a service many folks use instead  of playing for dramatically over priced on sight airport parking($40/Day) or even the only slightly more expensive than MARTA near-airport(9$/$12 day) lots which are served by shuttle buses to -from the airport.

  I grew up in Arlington VA, I remember one time my high school had to go out to Purcellville to play their high School.  The school bus ride there seemed super far to me
