  I loved it when she said, “she won’t dismiss someone for a lack of tenure or understanding because they may have more knowledge than you.” “Make room or a space for their contribution”. &nbsp;All leaders need to follow this mindset. Excellent interview!

  I went to high school with Bozoma and every time I saw her walk on by in the hallway, I was in aw of her. She’s always had this type of elegance and energy about her. She was busy getting after it and being awesome while I was busy skipping school and not trying too hard. I am absolutely inspired by this woman. I wish I would have got to know her better in school.

  I was in an interaccial relationship with a woman older than I, and we made the same commitment to never leave each other behind. After 7 years she passed away from cancer and I was there with her as she took her last breathe. I closed her eyes and thanked her for all the beautiful memories we shared and for helping me believe in myself again. This story was awesome and powerful. Thank you.

  This episode was absolutely brilliant and inspiring. Bozoma Saint John is a name I did not know before, so thank you for the show&apos;s consistency in bringing in extraordinary guests at the top of their fields from whom we can all learn. However, I couldn&apos;t help but notice a discrepancy in the presentation of this episode compared to previous ones. In the past, the names of the guests have always been prominently displayed in the titles, which helps viewers like me quickly engage with the content and do my own research. For some reason, this naming convention was absent in the episode featuring Bozoma Saint John, with only her title being mentioned.<br><br>As an avid viewer of Diary of a CEO, I genuinely hope that this was an oversight. The content she shared was of immense value, and it&apos;s important that her name is given the same recognition as other guests. I believe this acknowledgment is not just about fairness but also about giving credit where it&apos;s due.<br><br>Moreover, I&apos;d like to raise a concern about the thumbnail used for this episode. While I understand the necessity of using attention-grabbing titles for clicks, the chosen thumbnail – &quot;I Blame My Husband for My Baby&apos;s Death&quot; – doesn&apos;t reflect the rich and diverse content of the interview.   This interview got me to subscribe. She radiates beauty and bravery. It’s so cheesy to say but she’s an inspiration because she’s so willing to be vulnerable and that is what makes her so strong.
