  I’m still mad about the tropical fruit and perfect fruit being removed in new horizons. I loved how it gave your town more visual appeal

  I&apos;m GENUINELY surprised they didn&apos;t bring back bananas or the other island fruits when they added cooking because they&apos;re missing out on SO many recipes they could have added!! Banana cream pie, banana smoothies, fried peanut butter and banana sandwich, banana bread, banana pudding, lemon pie, lemonade, ceviche, lemon cookies, lemon jelly, and probably so many more things!! not to mention banana and lemon themed clothes and furniture items!! plus only having 6 fruit tree options makes island planning a bit redundant tbh? like i think the island would look even nicer if you had more fruit trees!!

  I actually used the retail thing in new leaf a lot because... immersion, you know? It just felt so nice to sell some item a bit cheaper and then seeing my villagers being happy bacause they made a bargain :) wish they brought that back

  I miss when we had established places for shops and other buildings, like main street in New Leaf and the city in city folk. Especially when your old villagers would browse the shops lmao

  In the original Animal Crossing, if you had 4 players living in your village only the first player who paid off their loan would get the gold statue. The others would end up getting silver, bronze and jade.

  There was also this whole fortune cookie thing, where you exchange play coins for them. Considering play coins aren&apos;t a thing anymore, it&apos;s become a 1 time feature.

  So in Japanese culture, birth order for twins actually does matter, since it affects how twins address each other. Even though they&apos;re technically the same age, the twin born first will be &quot;oniisan&quot; (for brothers) or &quot;oneesan&quot; (for sisters). Or any variant thereof depending on how close they are. So in Japanese, there&apos;s a chance that Digby would address Isabelle as &quot;oneesan&quot; or &quot;oneechan&quot; etc when talking to her, which is why it&apos;s relevant that even though they&apos;re twins that he&apos;s the younger one.
