Not only she made all of the cakes, add decorations and finishing touches, package them, set up the shop ALL BY HERSELF but she's also manning the shop? Oh man... i'm in awe, what a hardworking person. I have nothing but respect for this woman. SO AMAZING!! I can never.

パティシエとして働いていた方なのかなと思いつつInstagramの方を見に行ったら、製菓学校に行ってたわけでも、誰かに教わったわけでもなく、作り方から包装まで自分で試行錯誤していたなんて!凄い情熱が無ければここまで出来ませんね!

朝早いと思うけど一人で黙々とサクッと作ってスパッと売り切るのかっこいい！<br>戸建ての敷地内で売るから家賃もかからないし一人だから人件費もないのでコスパ良いし、<br>無理しないで自分でできる範囲の事してて経営者としても賢いなこの人。

I can fully understood her concept, just work hard for half day and you have peace the rest of the day, doesnt need to earn alot and no need to handle staff, there is a rich concept and way of life, sometimes going big can kill ones passion, this is the way she maintained it, simplicity.
