Agent gotta watch like Jason and cash’s videos where unc talks about why they workout like this. At first I didn’t really understand why either besides just pushing yourself but unc is actually a firefighter for a living and he’s said before the reason he does this is there’s times he’s in a house filled with fire and smoke carrying people out and he can’t stop just because he’s tired. He proves you always have more in the tank than you think.
