  I tore my rotator cuff and front delt from pushing my limits on a flat bar. I’d never recommend those elbows flaring out. I’ve never been the same since then. If I’m doing any sort press movement my elbows are tucked tight literally rubbing my ribs on every rep. <br>I really don’t know how unc has lasted this long with some of his forms he throwing up.

  It&apos;s one thing if they only do the short reps, but when you add in the bamboo bar, the extensions are just crazy pre-exhaustion.
