Kylo belongs in moderate I think. He’s reasonably easy to use in anything but Showdown. I never struggle against him in 1v1’s because it’s so easy to knock him out of Frenzy and the other abilities have long recharges, but he’s my main in HvV and I honestly think he’s easier to get the hang of than Grievous is.
