Hey guys. Hope you enjoyed the video 💪 I made this because I wanted to show a gradual path from beginner to intermediate skills. The order I would follow myself, If I had to start over. But of course with any fixed list there will be a lack of individual differences.
So use this as a guideline, not as a set in stone checklist 🙌

It’s insane to think how far I’ve fallen. I used to be able to do the first 3 a lot as a kid. Can’t even do the first one for very long now

Dear beginners. Two important things id like to point out to avoid you losing hope.

Pistol squats: these depend a LOT on your genetics because of how long your legs are. Im quit short and so are my legs which means i have to train flexibility to pull my body forward else i fall so its not entirely skill

Back lever: you need healthy shoulders. I have shoulder injuries that make holding levers far harder than they need to be. For those with similar issues, start with front levers as they are easier mostly because of range of motion and depending more on lats.

Thats all take care

Furious because I always used to do skin the cat, backwards and forwards, elbow lever and the pullover till like 13 years old, at least. Why did life have to take them from me? 😅 It's so hard to learn now, I weigh soo much more!

I did the second one like every day when I was a kid lmao, it's gonna feel great to be able to do it again soon.

It's worth noting that the larger you are, even with athletically developed muscles, the more difficult these elements will be for you. Short and light people will find it much easier to perform any of these elements than tall and correspondingly heavier people, even with identical body proportions. Pure physics, the square-cube law.
