Just glad we don’t have a ladder skip

Everyone jokes about the ladder climb. But when I played this game and this part happened, it was amazing. I absolutely loved it. This game was a masterpiece.

Seeing new glitches in the remake is awesome.

The Doctor seems so confused but so down at the same time.

Edit: I'm glad they asked him what happens when you shoot 50 tranq darts into old man

Having an outsider perspective is a staple for the best GDQ runs.
90% of the time I don’t understand what the runners are doing & having someone there to ask those questions is so enlightening.

The couch setup is incredibly fun to watch, very insightful and just a blast. I dig how confused Dr. Rein was the entire time. Such a great surrogate for like everyone who's not in the know about Metal Gear and Mr. Kojima.

the doctor asking what happens when you shoot 50 times is such a vibe. having someone completely new to the route actually makes it way more fun to watch than if everyone just knew everything

Snake, try to remember the basics of the barrel roll.

Apparently, Kojima wanted to have a section for both the player and Snake to have a moment to think about what they're doing here, to think about the mission and that's why there's a mile tall ladder inside of a mountain. Personally, I think an elevator for this massive shaft would make more sense and be reminiscent of the first MGS, but that wouldn't be as iconic, now would it?

I appreciate that when being asked about the story by someone who doesn't know and for viewers that also don't know the dude just goes on a tangent straight to end of the story spoilers that make it way more confusing to understand

Snake vs Monkeys was not what I expected and surprisingly fun. Gave me the same vibes as Snake joining Super Smash Bros Brawl.
