  nice to see you starting fall, its still over 100 degrees where i am, so im kind of jealous ❤. i love your build content, its still helping me stay inspired while im on bedrest and unable to sit at all because of spinal deteriation. im slowly losing my abilities to do alot of things and its scary and sad. i dont feel myself anymore but watching you brings up my spirits. thank you for being your sweet and calming self,loving your vibes, i need them more than ever.
