  I also immediately thought of the Altos from TS3 when you mentioned a rival family. But it might be just as fun to totally make up a new family! Since the Landgraabs are into real estate, I want to make them the landlords of all my rentals. haha. Maybe this family is into banking and finance. And I actually think Nancy would be more likely to have an affair that Geoffrey. But they should have a teen daughter who is infatuated with bad boy Malcolm. Just some ideas!<br><br>As usual, the house is lovely! I just recently decided to try some Save Files others have made and I can&apos;t wait to try yours. 🙂

  It&apos;s beautiful! The landscaping is 10/10 stunning!! And some funny names ideas for this rival family would be something thats the opposite of Landgraab. Like Landfree or Skyshares or something 😂
