This is a pretty cool idea. I wish this guy even more success with his tiny car pizzeria.

New York is such a magical place. You can't install your own window air conditioner, but you can run a pizza shop out of a car.

I slept in a Smart Car! I'm 5'10". Was working as a research coordinator and the investigator (MD) I was under had an a 483 Warning Letter from the FDA I was never told about when I was hired. His last coordinator was fired, and he was retained by the hospital. I eventually found other employment. But for a time there, I couldn't get unemployment, my car was a Smart Car. And that's where I slept for about 35 days.

I am sure this setup is not perfect. I am sure he's not perfect. None of us are perfect. He's right, we are all just trying to make it through the day. I for one am sick and tired of the corporate grind - meetings, dings, pings, emails and every single thing being a 5 alarm emergency when it's not. I do not want to continue making someone else rich while I have no vacation and no life/work balance without paying the price for it later. I 100% applaud this generation for finding any way they can to work for themselves. I wish I had done it sooner. Good for you!

Young people do want to work. They just don't want to be screwed over. U.S. employment has become a series of humiliation rituals that no one wants to do anymore. Keep that grind going young man. Be free.

Cool idea to drastically lower overhead. But in a place like NYC, I wonder what he does in the winter or when it's raining
