That growth period and having customers waiting 2 hours and calling them when their order is ready sounds like the absolute pure chaos that most entrepreneurs go though. I'd imagine hours upon hours of work after they close each day to reload and prepare for the next day during this growth period until they got their systems dialed in. Great job, well done!
