Just started watching the videos, great job! I have heard you mention prepping the wood before the build starts, do you have a video on what you do to prep? Clear this isn't right off the shelf.

You've outdone yourself here Zach. I've been dragging my feet building the expandable miter saw station. I'm pivoting now - I'm going with this! 100% works better for my small shop. Thank you!

I am still building my Tool Chest, I bought the old corner clamps and they work well and are dedicated to the clamps. I also mistakenly ordered 2 of the same plans and you fixed the order. I worked for the Boeing Company using complicated and well engineered plans, your engineering on the plans are well done. It would be awesome to have measurements for 2x4 in black and measurements for the planed 2x4's in red of the same plans. I was on the fence getting the spacers, but purchased the double set, and they are outstanding. I use them for far more than you show in the videos. They save me time in setting my table saw fence quickly and many other uses. I did make a 3/8 thick and full length strip of plywood for my drawer spacers to use on all my builds so no dropped spacers! LOL

i've been in sketchup for a week designing a new modular island system for my garage. this is perfect for what i want. might riff on it a little bit, but this is a great starting point. thanks.

Brilliant video, I love the engineering aspect of it all, and excptionally well presented 😊

I've been building myself a new workshop and have started drawing up plans for a main workbench, a storage/workbench for the back wall, and a mobile workstation for all the larger power tools, i.e. thicknesser, jointer, mitre saw, table saw and router, to be able to manoeuvre it around if need be.

That workstation was going to be one big lump of a thing, but after watching this video it has inspired me to make it more modular to give me more space in the workshop should I need it, which I undoubtedly will 🙂

P.S. I'm from Australia, we use millimetres 😉

Super awesome content! I watched many videos to mainly learn about the potential mistakes in making a table saw bench. The reason is that it is not just about making a workbench—you have to think of all potential problems related to practicality when you start using it. That knowledge only comes with experience! The way you look at "modularity" and "space management" while achieving practical goals represents great architectural thinking. Compared to all other designs I saw so far, your designs are superior!

Another awesome & well presented tutorial Zac, I always look forward to what’s up next. I must say that this would be the most space saving and best utilisation of small workshop setup.
I like the fact you came up with a solution on the corner clamps for all makes and models.
  Till next time 👍🏻🇦🇺
