For my patreon supporters, there's an even more comprehensive cut of this video, almost twice as long with more detail and instruction!

Who else agrees that Nate is honestly taking over Grant's legacy. I started watching TKOR because of the cool projects grant made in the beginning of his YouTube carrier. This video brings me back to then and I would be lying if I said I wasn't happy watching this video.

This is where TKOR went wrong, this content is pure gold. It sounds nerdy but as an engineer I watch stuff like this to relax when I’m at home, that’s what made me follow TKOR but the kitchen type experiments got pretty boring, there’s only so much you can do with a microwave and sweets. I also love how concise this video is, we all expect a sponsor message but I feel that many TKOR videos towards the end just went on and on and on and delivered no valuable information. Good on you Nate, I’m sure Grant would be proud, I certainly am!

Folks....this just isn't Nate from that other channel, this is Nate...an honest craftsman who obviously loves this hobby! Honestly if this is your first time here...subscribe to this man's channel and watch his content...it's gonna get a LOT better from here!

I've watched many other knife making videos before, but you definitely are much more meticulous and procedural with your techniques. I think that is wonderful because it allows lay people such as ourselves (the viewer) to try to replicate this without much "skill". It also allows for a product that is consistent and to your exact desires.

Sometimes it's easy to take for granted how things are made seeing all the steps in detail there is a lot of steps and time into making a knife like this! It sometimes gives a better appreciation for the time and effort that goes into a skill. Fun to watch. Thanks.

I enjoy it when you take the time to explain why you're doing a particular step.

While I expect this channel to grow quickly, I expect TKOR to proportionally fade away into oblivion.

This is an extremely well constructed video, from the camerawork to the editing to your timely explanations of what you’re doing. It’s also a great testament to your craftsmanship. Great job, Nate! I can’t wait till your next video.
