Currently working in bank too, worst job ever regional office people feels like they're the owners of bank full harassment for leaves, for sanctioning bills, for relieving during transfers. Every person I meet here says get out of here😂

It's a worst worst experience in banking...I am a bank employee everyday is a worst day...muchuch pressure from officials and public...don't come in to it...

In private sector banks there is so much pressure of sales and unrealistic targets,late sitting,no work life balance,after joining private bank u will forget you are working in a bank or a insurance sector daily insurance targets.

It's not like that Govt bank employees only have to convince the customers visiting branch. We are given daily targets by the RM in the morning and by evening we have to achieve that target anyhow. Many a times we need to organise a camp to get savings and current accounts , PMJJBY , PMSBY , APY etc. If we are unable to mobilise these through branches RM scolds like " why are you sitting in branch go outside and mobilise these".<br>Now a days PSBs have more work pressure than Private counterparts.
