"Print 2 in no time at all or print 4 in no time at all but a little longer". Absolutely love the dead pan humor, subscribed.

Appreciate you calling out the heat deflection temps for various materials - not knowing and ending up with warped stuff is a typical noob mistake. That said - I'd recommend skipping over ABS in favor of ASA. Similar heat resistant properties with the bonus of being able to take the UV rays that come with being outdoors. ASA is essentially a next-gen reformulation of ABS, so why keep both around?

Not going to lie. Printing panel clips is probably one of the best uses of a 3d printer that I've seen so far

Loved that you put in the PETG minimum for car prints. Great you added that.

The comments about PLA and heat are important... I actually made myself an adapter for my "spill free" coolant funnel because none of the ones that came with it fit my after-market radiator. I needed to get all the air out of the system, so I had this oversized funnel filled up with coolant and the car idling sitting on top of my printed adapter... everything was going fine... car is coming up to operating temp, the thermostat opens up, you can see occasional air coming out of the system and bubbling up in the funnel... I'm sitting there watching it, and suddenly the whole thing starts to tip over filled with quite a bit of coolant! I grabbed for it in a panic... It spilled quite a bit but I did manage to catch it before it completely toppled... turns out I was still using my prototype adapter that I printed with PLA and forgot to reprint the final version in ASA... So when the coolant came up to temp, it exceeded PLA's deformation temperature and the adapter started to deform and the moderately weighted funnel full of coolant started to fall over like a felled tree...<br><br>At least that's what I hope happened... if I actually did remember to print the adapter in ASA and it still deformed, I'm going to have another exciting time when I try to finish the job this weekend...

<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbx7zaMVCQQ&t=620">10:20</a> Take it from someone who deals with Canadian winters … don’t waste filament on wiper blocks. Just pivot your wipers and leave them up. Putting blocks under your wipers is going to have 2 consequences. First, the wipers won’t freeze to the windshield but the blocks will. Secondly, the wiper rubber sitting on the top of the blocks under spring pressure will make it deform to the shape of the block and the cold will make it retain that shape longer, so when you take the blocks out, the wipers don’t contact the windshield fully on the entire length and don’t wipe the windshield effectively. Blocks under the wipers in winter is the worst idea ever.

98A TPU works really well for prints inside your car. No warping in summer, abs I live in Orlando.

The humour in your presentation overcomes any failings in the designs.

I printed that cup holder adapter in ASA and added BB's into the base during a pause while printing to lower it's center of gravity. That helps keep if from falling out when it's holding a heavy water bottle and I'm pulling g's. Works great and really came in handy on my last road trip.
