  Great video! I’m currently 6.5 weeks pregnant with endometriosis. Praying for a healthy pregnancy. This diet and lifestyle change helped tremendously. I follow a paleo way of eating and do eat quality animal protein. It seems to keep inflammation down. 👍🏼

  Wow! I had NO IDEA about histamine. I have struggled with endo all my life (officially diagnosed in my late 20&apos;s - early 30&apos;s) and have had to do so much research on my own because my Dr.&apos;s (including my Infertility Dr.) have been no help in advising me on ways to combat and cope with the daily struggle that is endo. I just turned 40 and have been seeking infertility treatment for the last 10 years with no luck. I just drank a Kefir fruit and veg smoothie with avocado added in. 🤦‍♀️ I will stop that immediately. 🙅‍♀️ Thanks for the sage advice!

  My partner got told in Feb 2023 she has endometriosis she&apos;s in constant pain, she&apos;s learned all about through watching videos on YouTube her doctor hasn&apos;t said anything to her, we lost babies and I know that it hurts her she blames herself even though I&apos;ve told her it&apos;s not her fault

  Thank you so much for all the info. All I hear from doctors is “We don’t know”. Thank you for talking about what to eliminate, not only what to incorporate. I always felt more pelvic pain after drinking red wine.

  Hi Doctor, I am having endometriosis since i was 28 years old.. and this month i did my AMH test turns out results as 0.6.. I don&apos;t want to undergo and surgery and want to approach more to natural base treatment.. I am glad I stumble upon your channel.. I hope it would be helpful for my journey.. thank for you your sharing doctor 😊
