The fact that this guy does all 3 of design, build, and drive these winning cars is nuts. It's like brabham, McLaren, or gurney

I hope to see an in-depth explanation of how you designed the suspensions. What you took into account, how you chose caster, kpi, etc.etc. The car is looking amazing!

PLEASE make a backup of the CAD. StanceWorks just lost a lot of progress, and I’d hate to see that happen with this project.
P.S. I love the progress and can’t wait to see how it’s going to drive!

Building a race car with a friend as we speak. We glean so much from your videos. What a blessing.

Im sure im not the only engineer that would love to hear how you developed your load cases and acceptance criteria for the topology optimized parts.

Those generatively designed uprights are so beautiful, and thank you for not calling them "AI-generated"

It is super cool seeing additively manufactured parts used in this type of way. My company uses metal AM (3D printing) to produce tooling and mold components for a variety of manufacturing purposes, and we have recently started printing some parts for a few motorsports teams (heat exchangers, intake manifolds, etc). The ability to do things like freeform topology optimization with LPBF technologies can be a massive advantage for minimizing weight without losing rigidity, so it is an awesome way to use the technology.

It's so incredibly cool to see all this amazing technology finally be attainable by people outside of huge motorsport teams. I was thinking earlier why no one had attempted to make such a track weapon in the past, free from regulation and faster than anything, but I'm starting to understand how complicated the fabrication would have been in those days.

I do hope the 3D Printed Metal compants were vaccum autoclaved to very controlled temperates of many high heat for tempering, anealing regimes and in assisting in the metallurgical dendrites interlocking better than just bare printed surface welding does,
and/or, that the parts have a factor of over thickness to the designs, to help ensure the material within the cross sections of the parts to handle the many myriadic of dynamic forces incured and caused during racing & breaking, turning at speeds & surface vibrations etc.
